I am a warm, genuine therapist who will provide a safe space to explore your concerns and will collaborate with you to create achievable, meaningful goals to improve your emotional well-being. I pull from a variety of theoretical approaches and tailor my interventions based on your individual needs.
I have training in many modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, PTSD/trauma therapy, and motivational interviewing. I have a special interest in maternal mental health, infertility, and pregnancy loss. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Barnard College of Columbia University and a master’s degree in Social Work from San Diego State University. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
