Are you the 1 in 4 women who have experienced pregnancy loss or the 1 in 8 couples struggling with fertility? Perhaps you are one of the 15-20% of new parents coping with pregnancy/postpartum depression or anxiety. Maybe you are adjusting to a significant change in your life, a loss, a move, a graduation, or a transition in a relationship. Or are you just feeling lost and need some assistance navigating the ups and downs of life? I can help.
I am a warm, attentive therapist who will provide a safe space to explore your concerns and will collaborate with you to create achievable, meaningful goals to improve your emotional well-being. I pull from a variety of theoretical approaches and tailor my interventions based on your individual needs.
I have training in many modalities including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. I have a special interest in maternal/parental mental health/postpartum, infertility, and pregnancy loss. I hold a B.A. from Barnard College of Columbia University and an MSW from San Diego State University.
